Bassem needs to cover the cost of attending first year of Faculty of Civil Engineering (3177) posted on January 30, 2015
Bassem faced some problems during school as a Christian student in Egypt. Despite this, he managed to overcome them and insisted on working hard in order to score high and be accepted in the faculty of engineering, as his older brother did. Bassem began in El Minya University although there was no civil engineering department in this university. He was very active in school and volunteered in different activities and events, as well as involved in church services and plays. Bassem is now trying to transfer to Helwan University so he can specialize in civil engineering in order to achieve the highest standard in education. He wishes to use his education to advance his opportunities and one day possibly travel abroad. The cost of this university to complete his first year is $1385. Feb 13, 2015. Bavly successfully graduated from secondary school with distinguished marks, and was accepted into the Faculty of Medicine of Assuit University. Bavly completed his first year of Medical School and now needs financial support to continue with his second year of studies. This will cost $875. Niveen's family needs to fix its leaking ceiling and tiles damaged from the rain (640)
posted on January 28, 2015
Niveen's mother has been unable to afford rent since the death of her husband and she also is having difficulty affording her four children’s expenses. The church helps them with only 100EGP a month but it's not enough to adequately feed them. Niveen’s family also lives in inadequate housing conditions. In the winter time, rain leaks inside Niveen’s house through the roof because they live on the top floor. The water leaks into the children’s bedroom and ruins the carpeting. This disrupts their sleep. They also don't have enough blankets for the children. The leaking roof also affects their electricity. It also caused the flat to have an odor and increase its humidity. The family needs to fix the tiles and ceiling. To do this, it will cost $690. Niveen’s family needs a generous donor to cover this cost. a. Feb 4, 2015.
