Mary

Mary is 5 years old and has 3 older sisters. Her father use to work as a guard for some new construction in the desert, where they all lived (right). When the father died they lived there without any protection. The mother feared for her daughters and was afraid to send them to school since they have to walk through the desert alone. They didn't have a door or even a bathroom. They were forced to used the outdoors for the bathroom. It was estimated the renovations to their new home will cost $3,200.
