Why Prayer Partners?

Prayer is the work of heaven, but the hidden force that makes all good things happen on earth. At Coptic Orphans we strive for the highest levels of professional excellence. At the same time, we believe that we can do absolutely nothing by ourselves, and that lives are changed through our work only because of prayers that move heaven.

Prayer partners of Coptic Orphans are the front lines of our work in heaven, a special ministry among all staff, supporters, and volunteers who work for transformation. They move heaven so that mountains will be moved for Egypt's children.

Job Description: Prayer Partner

• If you are already a sponsor, pray daily for your sponsored child and ask your child what individual and family needs you can pray for.

• Commit to become an agent of change by praying regularly for the children and the work of Coptic Orphans and to keep all prayer requests completely confidential out of respect for the dignity and privacy of the children you pray for. We will send you a weekly prayer email with praises, prayer requests, and timely words of encouragement from the scriptures and/or the fathers.

• Watch and rejoice when God answers prayer.
