How Jeremy became Coptic Orphan’s Youngest Contributor…

Jeremy’s parents asked all their guests to make a contribution to Coptic Orphans in his honor instead of baptism gifts.

Like Jeremy’s parents, Danyelle and Caitlan asked guests at their birthdays to send a donation to their sponsored child, Gadoun, and other vulnerable children in lieu of birthday gifts. All the children attending were thrilled to hear that Danielle and Caitlyn have single-handedly raised enough money to buy Gadoun a refrigerator. “Now I can drink cold water in my own home, instead of begging from the neighbors,” says Gadoun.

Newly-weds have asked their wedding guests to send a donation to Coptic Orphans in lieu of wedding gifts, and donors have made generous donations in the names of loved ones who have passed away.

Give through our online gift catalogue in honor of someone special and we will send a card to acknowledge your gift to that person. Or, simply let us know that your one-time contribution is in honor of someone else and include their name and contact information, and we will send a special card to them acknowledging your gift in their honor. If you are having your guests give, be sure that they mention that they are giving for your special occasion.
